In this Grow Live session, Hugh will talk about industry trends that are affecting our industry today and in the near future. It is no surprise that Covid is accelerating some of these changes as the industry adjusts to the new reality. We will look at how building construction contracts have been set up in the past and where they are trending to. This is a great opportunity for Swegonites who are not deep in the sales details to learn what “Plans and Specs” vs. “design-build” means.
We will also look at how technology (digital and other) is changing how we design, construct, commission and operate buildings. The pace of change has accelerated due to Covid so we will discuss the changes and how that could impact our business.
